Shipping policy

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. UK orders are sent 2nd Class unless you choose an upgraded service (1st Class, Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery) at checkout. Larger UK orders are sent tracked. All international orders are sent tracked.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Free UK delivery on orders over £24. Free international delivery is available on orders over €50 to Europe, $45 to the USA and CA$70 to Canada.

EU orders include import taxes at checkout (IOSS) and US orders are sent duty paid (DDP), so there are no extra charges on delivery.
